12. Ensure that the e-Form is digitally signed by the private company<\/a> board of directors or by the managing director or manager or secretary.<\/p>\n

13. Further, ensure that the said e-Form is registered by their company registration<\/strong> authorities such as chartered accountant, cost accountant or a company secretary.<\/p>\n

14. If the company<\/strong> <\/a>fails to register the resolution along with the extra fees. Before the expiry of the period of 270 days from the date by which it should have been register.<\/p>\n

The company<\/em> shall be punishable with a fine up to Rupees Twenty Five lakh. T<\/span>he fine is up to Rupees Five Lakhs<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Alteration for Change of Registration Office<\/h4>\n
