Company registration offices and fees

For the purpose of exercising such powers and discharging such functions as are consulted on the central government by or under this act or under the rules made for the intentions of registration of companies under this act, the central government shall, by report, create such number of offices at such places as it thinks fit, describing their jurisdiction.

Registration offices

The central government shall create such number of offices at such places as it thinks fit, describing their jurisdiction for the intention of exercising such powers and perform such functions as are consulted on the central government by or under this act or under the rules made for the intentions of registration of companies under the act.

The registrar in the office shall notice such normal working hours as may be accepted by the central government. It shall be open for the performance of business with the public on all weekdays.

The offices other than the Registrar shall notice such normal working hours as may be confirmed by the government.

The central government may authorize such registrars, additional, joint, deputy and assistant registrars as it makes essential for the company registration and perform various functions under this act. The duties and powers which may be usable such officers shall be such as may be specified.

Powers and duties of Registrars

The registrars shall effort such powers and perform such duties are consulted on them by the act or the rules made under or assigned by the central government. Wherever the duty and power has been consulted on the central government by the act.

Whenever granting to the act, any duty or function is to be performed by the registrar, it shall, until the central government other than directs, it is been done by the registrar or in his needs, such person is like to be authorize by the government.

The terms and conditions of service, containing the salaries payable to persons are appointed under the sub-section 2.

Seal of Registrar

The registrar shall have a seal and such seal shall include the words “Registrar of Companies, ________ (Place and State)”.

Legislative Section

This clause consists under the section 609 of the companies’ act 1956 and wants to assign that for the needs of company registration.
