(i) The articles and memorandum of association.
(ii) A declaration in Form No.INC-14 on non-judicial stamp paper of the registry value by an advocate. - Financial statements
- The audit reports, relating to existing companies.

(v) The certified copy of the resolution passed to approving registration of the company under section 8.
